I have noticed many companies not taking much care of items, this can be because of fatigue or low morale. I thought of the idea of paying a lot of care to details and keeping up to date, with the latest technologies would be an advantage. but not only keeping up to date and on top of the latest technologies, is enough in my opinion, what's important is "enjoying
doing it".

I have been to many major retailers who, sometimes sell goods "maybe display unit or damaged" they reduce the price by 15-25%, but with little research, and just using common sense, you
could get the same product brand new, and cheaper than the price of the discounted item in the first retail shop which is a display unit anyway. This in my opinion, is bad or careless management. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth when a customer goes to the shop again, he becomes weary of buying again from that particular retailer.

If you work just to "make money" and nothing else, you would not get very far, for a customer to give £5 on a product or service, does not end there, many retailers/service providers forget this, they think I've made my five pounds and I'm happy even if the customer is not, but the truth is if he was not greedy for the money to quickly fall in his lap, and just enjoyed his job he would keep getting the £5 forever, again and again, but some people never do learn their lessons in life.

I the founder am in a very strong position of having knowledge of many of the latest technologies, I enjoy learning enthusiastically. and make sure I do understand fully what I am learning. I am a shopaholic for Tech items or software as soon as it has been released or beta version is out, I am there buying the item dissecting it to learn and to find how it can be improved, or modified.
